1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and JAYSR SOLUTIONS LLC, doing business as J Funded Credit Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the J Funded Credit Solutions website, landing pages, and any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Company: Refers to J Funded Credit Solutions, the entity responsible for your information under these Terms & Conditions.

Country: The United States, where the founders and owners of J Funded Credit Solutions are based.

Device: Any internet-connected device, such as a phone, tablet, computer, or any other hardware capable of visiting the Site and utilizing our services.

Service: Refers to the credit restoration, financial auditing, and loan funding assistance provided by J Funded Credit Solutions as described on this platform.

Third-party service: Refers to advertisers, promotional partners, credit bureaus, or marketing partners who provide content or services that may be of interest to you.

You: A person or entity registered with J Funded Credit Solutions to receive services.

3. MOBILE MESSAGING PROGRAM

Program Description: We operate a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) to send promotional and transactional messages.

Promotional messages: May include marketing offers, credit repair tips, funding specials, and abandoned checkout reminders.

Transactional messages: Relate to active credit audits, order notifications, and appointment reminders.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies but will not exceed 50 messages per month. While we do not charge for these messages, standard message and data rates from your mobile provider still apply.

User Opt-In: By providing your mobile number, you voluntarily opt into the Program and agree to receive recurring messages, even if your number is on a state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the number provided. Participation is voluntary and not required to make a purchase.

User Opt-Out and Support: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. For support, reply HELP. We are not responsible for requests that do not use these specific commands or are sent to outdated short codes after a notified change.

4. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site is located. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in that jurisdiction.

5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and J Funded Credit Solutions. It supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, regarding your use of the Site and our services.
